Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ghost Print's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
Products and Services
Ghost Print provides custom printing services including but not limited to:
• Business cards, marketing materials, and promotional products
• Signs, banners, and large format printing
• Labels, stickers, and packaging materials
• Design consultation services
All product specifications, pricing, and delivery times are subject to change.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order:
• You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete
• Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• Payment is required before production begins
• We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods
• All sales are final unless products are defective or we made an error
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Artwork and Design Files
Regarding your submitted artwork:
• You retain ownership of your original designs
• You grant us a license to reproduce your artwork for order fulfillment
• You warrant that you have rights to all submitted materials
• We are not responsible for design errors not caught during proofing
• We reserve the right to refuse artwork that violates our policies
Proofs and Approval
Before production:
• Digital proofs will be provided for your approval when requested
• Production begins only after your approval or if you waive proofing
• Once approved, changes cannot be made without additional charges
• You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully for errors
• Rush orders may have limited or no proofing available
Production and Delivery
Regarding order fulfillment:
• Production times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delivery times depend on shipping method selected
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control
• Risk of loss transfers to carrier upon shipment
• You must inspect orders upon receipt and report issues within 7 days
Returns and Refunds
Our return policy:
• Custom printed products are generally non-refundable
• We will reprint or refund orders with manufacturing defects
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless we made an error
• Design errors approved by you are not eligible for refund
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Our liability is limited to the order's purchase price
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays in production or delivery
• Force majeure events release us from contractual obligations
Additional Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on our website is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force.
